These terms apply to using Dodone, provided by Ioannis Perrakis trading as Dodone AI (“we”). Dodone AI is a trading name of Ioannis Perrakis, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: intros@dodone.co.uk. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

What Dodone is — and is not

• Dodone is an assumption-driven scenario calculator. It is not financial, investment, tax or professional advice.
• Capacity-based value is a cost-equivalent estimate, not booked cash savings. Revenue-linked value is a scenario, not a validated sales forecast. The two are alternative valuations and are never added together.
• Default figures are illustrative and not validated benchmarks. The methodology (DODONE-MOD-001, Version 1) has not been independently audited.
• You are responsible for the inputs you use and the decisions you make.

Accounts

Keep access to your email secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Publishing rules

• Publications are public, can be copied by anyone, and appear in search. Publish only figures you are entitled to share.
• Do not publish confidential information, other people's personal data, links, advertising, or anything unlawful, offensive or deliberately misleading.
• By publishing you allow us to display, distribute and let others reuse the published inputs and results within Dodone.
• You can unpublish or delete your publications at any time; copies others already made cannot be recalled.
• Anyone can report a publication. We review reports and may remove publications that break these rules. To request a takedown, use the Report button or write to intros@dodone.co.uk.

Dodone Pro

• £3.99 per month, the full price wherever you live: any VAT or sales tax due is included. Billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
• 14-day cancellation right. At checkout you ask for Pro to start straight away. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, email intros@dodone.co.uk (or cancel in Manage billing and tell us) and we will refund the unused days of your first month, pro rata, and end Pro.
• After those 14 days, cancel any time in Manage billing. Pro continues until the end of the month you have paid for; we do not refund part-months.
• If a payment fails, Pro continues for 7 days while the payment is retried.
• When Pro ends, your private projects stay private and read-only. You can still open, export and delete them. They are never published or deleted automatically.
• Deleting your account cancels Pro immediately. Within the first 14 days the unused days are refunded as above; after that there is no part-month refund.

Liability

We provide Dodone with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business losses or decisions made using the calculator. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and law

We will give notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
